High beam!!!

Steps: So first you put a harness on. After that you have to make sure that your harness is tight, if the buckle looks like a 0 then that means it is open, and you will need to make it close so you go up and then under to make the harness.Then close so it will not open then you will have to put on a helmet your head. Make sure the helmet is tight to there will be a little knob on the back of the helmet and when you turn it will make it tighter.
Hi Zidane - I'm interested in reading about the high beam as it's something I've never done. Good on you for challenging yourself. It would be good to reread what you've written and check it makes sense and add in punctuation - this would make it easier for readers to understand.
